Cisneros Paja is an engineer by training, a wine educator by heart, and an author by necessity. Her journey has taken her from the tech corridors of Northern Mexico to the vibrant wine culture of New York. She writes at the intersection of data, culture, and migration. At present, she is exploring how her roots ‘ferment’ and transform when replanted in new soil.

I have over 15 years of experience in the tech industry as a technical project manager. I also hold a Master’s in Information Science. I approach writing like an architect. My narratives are built on a foundation of structure and research. They are also seasoned with the intuition of a sommelier.

Whether I am mentoring at the Black and Latino Tech Initiative or leading a Cava Masterclass, my goal is consistent. I aim to empower others to find their voice. I encourage them to claim their space in industries, both tech and wine, that are constantly evolving.

She is the author of Mexican Wines: A Guide to Fall in Love with the Wines of Mexico and the founder of the Latinas Wine Club, an initiative focused on empowerment and education.
