Martha Cisneros Paja is an accomplished engineer with over 15 years of experience in the tech industry. Her career began as a Support Engineer at Hewlett-Packard in Texas. Her dedication and drive propelled her into Agile practices and leadership roles. Today, she is a project manager at content acquisition initiatives at one of the world’s largest publishing companies. She delivers solutions that empower teams and improve strategies.

Martha’s skill spans both private and public sectors, giving her a robust understanding of team leadership and strategic delivery. She brings a neutral, client-focused perspective to every project, driven by a commitment to excellence and innovation.

Technology Expertise with a Creative Edge

While technology is her primary profession, Martha’s passion for wine has evolved into a creative side venture. Her journey began in college. Her enthusiasm for music and wine led her to host radio programs. She earned the nickname “WineDivaa.” She later formalized this passion by founding Latinas Wine Club Inc., a digital platform dedicated to educating, empowering, and elevating Latinas through wine culture. Through WineDivaa.com and Latinas Wine Club, Martha connects thousands of women via digital channels and curated in-person events.

Her influence extends beyond borders, with collaborations with She Media and features in People en Español, Hola! USA, the Wine Enthusiast Podcast, and international media outlets.

Championing Diversity and Representation in Tech

Martha is deeply committed to diversity and inclusion. She has served as a mentor for the Urban and Tech Initiative at Rutgers University. She actively participates in global networks like the Anita Borg Institute Latinas Community. Her advocacy work amplifies Latina voices in technology and creates pathways for underrepresented talent.

She continues to break barriers in both tech and wine, fostering inclusion and inspiring others to lead with purpose.
